General Company Questions

  • Wow! Let us start off by saying how thrilled we are that you would come to us with an idea for a product or invention. As you can probably tell we love innovative items that make everyday moments–that much sweeter. As of right now we aren’t currently accepting any product submissions, but don’t let that get you down–where there’s a will there’s a way!

  • We sell to all sorts of shops all over North America. There’s a good chance you can find one of our products in your local gift shop, boutique, or even department store. If you’re having trouble finding our products in your area and prefer to shop local to support businesses in your community, please let us know!

Product Care

  • Although our silicone products are considered “dishwasher-safe” we recommend you hand wash all our products. Handwashing helps to increase the longevity and durability of silicone by not submitting them to high heat and strong detergent agents used in dishwashers. Handwashing also helps to prevent any sort of color fading and preserves the integrity of any printed designs.

  • Although our stainless steel products are technically “dishwasher-safe” we highly recommend you hand wash all our products to prevent color coatings or design etchings from fading.

  • We want to make sure you get the most out of all our products! Handwashing has been proven to extend the life of household kitchen utensils by not submitting them to the high heat and strong detergents used in dishwashers.

  • We strongly recommend not submerging any of our electronic items in water–even if they’re labeled as waterproof. Submerging electronic products in water could cause serious damage to the device and increase the risk of shock or electrocution to the user. If you accidentally drop your Song Sphere in the water for a short period of time–turn the speaker off immediately and let it dry out completely before turning it back on.

 

Product materials

  • BPA stands for Bisphenol A. BPA is an industrial chemical that has been used to make plastics and resins since the 1960s. BPA is found in polycarbonate plastics and epoxy resins and when exposed –BPA can pose serious health concerns to consumers. That’s why all the plastic goods we manufacture are certified BPA-free.

  • Food safe silicone is a non-toxic type of silicone that doesn't contain any chemical fillers or byproducts, making it safe for use with food.

 

Shipping

  • You can find shipping details–such as tracking information from your order–in your account under order history. If you purchase and check out as a guest you should have received a confirmation email with tracking information. If you did not receive an email or are having trouble locating your tracking information please reach out!

  • We can not be held responsible for any delays or mishandling of your shipment by the selected delivery service. If your order has been delayed prior to shipping for any reason (in case of a backorder) we will contact you.

  • If your pacakage arrives damaged or is missing components upon opening please contact us immediately. You have 14-days from delivery to contact us regarding any issues with our shipment.
