Shipping + Delivery Policy

Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order prior to shipping. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Your credit card will be charged immediately upon checkout, not when your order has been shipped.

Please note that your order will be delayed if we need to contact you for address verifcation or other issues related to your order. If your order contains Preorder/Backorder and in stock items, in stock items will ship first and Preorder/Backorder items will ship when available.

Standard Ground: (Order received within 3-7 business days)
Expedited: (2-4 business days from order date)
Premium: (1-3 business days from order date)

Please note that these estimated delivery windows are subject to change based on performance and availability of the applicable carrier. This is includes but is not limited to; severe weather, natural disasters, and other conditions beyond our control.

Ground delivery can take up to 7 business days when shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. The weight of a product can be found on its detail page. Please note that this weight refers to the item only, and does not include packaging, which is incorporated in the shipping calculation.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time.

Standard

Normal delivery time for shipments to the 48 continental U.S. states for in stock items is 3-7 business days via ground services. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

 Expedited & Premium

Priority handling is available for an additional charge - U.S. deliveries only and requires a street address, P.O. boxes do not qualify. In stock items only. Expedited or Premium service is required for all shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

Canada

All orders are in U.S. dollars, payable in U.S. funds only. Canadian delivery charges include all taxes/fees for delivery to the customer's door.

State and Local Tax Information

Merchandise is subject to state and local taxes for shipments to all states except AK, DE, MT, NH and OR.

Shipping and Handling charges are subject to state and local taxes for shipments to CT, FL, GA, HI, IN, KS, KY, MI, MN, MS, NC, ND, NE, NJ, NM, NY, OH, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, VT, WA, and WY.
